When launching to your team, we recommend that you add an additional incentive for your existing staff to download the app and register to use it.
One option is to promote a launch prize draw with the chance to win one of multiple bonus points prizes, for example ten prizes of 50 bonus points.

Managing a launch prize draw - step-by-step guide
Step 1: At the end of you two week launch phase, head to the 'App users' section in the left hand menu of your portal screen. From there, it's 'Manage' in the top tabs.
Step 2: Click 'EXPORT' on the right hand side of your screen
Step 3: Open the spreadsheet and filter the list to registered users only. To do this go to 'Sort & Filter' in the top right of the spreadsheet > 'Filter' in the drop down menu > In column E, click the down arrow next to 'Status' > Un-tick 'select all' and tick 'registered' This will filter your list to just show those who are registered.
Step 4: Use an online name picker to pick out your winners.
Step 5: Back in your portal, click 'Bonus Points' in the left hand menu, then click 'AWARD POINTS' on the right
Step 6: Set up a new bonus points category by clicking '+New category' and type in your launch prize draw category name
Step 7: Select 'Multiple users' from the 'Award to' drop down menu
Step 8: In 'Select users' type in or select the names of the winners from the drop down menu
Step 9: Select your launch prize draw category from the 'Category' drop down menu
Step 10: Type the number of points in the 'Number of points' field
Step 11: Add a message and include emojis for extra impact!
Step 12: Finally click 'Award Now' in the bottom right corner of the window.
That's it! You've successfully awarded your bonus points prizes!
