How to change who the app registration invites are sent from

As a default, the email address of your 'Primary User' will appear as the sender for all invitations to register for the app that are sent from your portal.

This step-by-step guide will show you how to check who your primary user is and how to change this to a different user.

Step 1: Click on the circle containing your initials in the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard, then select 'company details'

Step 2: This will bring up your organisation details, under portal settings you will see the primary user field with the name of the primary user:

Following on from the above stages:

Step 1: Click in the Primary User drop-down menu and select the person you would like to become the primary user. If their name doesn't appear in the drop-down menu, follow our guide to inviting a new admin user:

Step 2: Click on 'save' in the bottom right corner of the page:

A success message will briefly appear in the top right corner and the primary user name will have successfully changed. This primary user's email address will now appear as the sender for all app registration invitations.
