The Care Friends app will only work on an Android device if it has Android OS version 6 and above.
You can easily check which OS version your device runs by following these steps:
Step 1: Open your phone's menu. Tap 'System settings'
Step 2: Scroll down towards the bottom and select 'About device' from the menu.
Step 3: Select 'Software info' from the menu.
Step 4: The OS version of your device is shown under 'Android Version'
If your Android Version is less than 6 you will need to update your phone to the latest version to download the Care Friends app. Click HERE to find a list of devices that do not support Android 6.
