  • Thursday at 2pm

  • Monday at 10am

  • Wednesday at 11am

Sending invitations - a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Log in to your portal and go to the 'App Users' section in the left-hand menu, then it's 'Manage' in the top tabs.

You should have already uploaded your staff details, if not, click here to learn how to pre-register your staff to use the app.

Step 2: Click on the 'Filters' box, a new drop-down menu will appear. In the status drop-down menu select, 'Authorised'

Step 3: In the top left corner of the invitee list tick the box to select all staff who haven't received an invitation. Alternatively, you can select specific staff members individually by ticking the box next to their name

Step 4: At the bottom of the screen you will see a taskbar showing how many invitees are selected. Click 'invite'.

If you have a long list of invitees it can take a few moments for the invitations to send.

As soon as the invitations have been sent successfully, a green success notification will appear in the top right of your screen.

Over the next 2 weeks, those who do not register right away will automatically receive a reminder each week.

You can check the status of a staff members registration by heading to the manage app users section and hovering over the invited icon:
