As a default, the email address of your 'Primary User' will appear as the sender for all invitations to register for the app that are sent from your Care Friends portal.
This step by step guide will show you how to check who your primary user is and how to change this to a different user.
Checking who the primary user is - a step by step guide:
Step 1: Click on the circle containing your initials in the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard:
Step 2: Select 'Company details' from the menu:
This will bring up your organisation details including the name of your primary user.

Following on from the above stages:
Step 3: On the organisation details page click on the red 'Edit' box in the top right:
Step 4: Click in the Primary User drop-down menu and select the person you would like to become the primary user. If their name doesn't appear in the drop down menu, follow our guide to inviting a new admin user.
Step 5: Click on 'Update':
A success message will briefly appear in the top right corner and the primary user name will have successfully changed. This primary user's email address will now appear as the sender for all app registration invitations.
