If a staff member receives a "please speak to your manager for help" message when they try to register for the app, you can quickly check and edit their registration details in your portal - simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: Head to 'App Users' in the left-hand menu of your portal
Step 2: Click 'Manage' in the top tabs:
Step 3: Search for the name of the authorised user:
Step 4: Click the three-dot menu next to their name
Step 5: Select 'Edit details' from the menu that appears
Step 6: Edit the necessary details and press update:
They will now be able to log into the app using their updated details!
