Want to celebrate your team's service anniversary? This functionality allows you to automatically send a notification, with the option to award points on their service anniversary.
❗Please note: This automation will only work if a service anniversary date has been added to the app user's account alongside the automation being activated.
Step 1: To find out how many users need their service anniversary added. Head to the automations section, hover over the red information icon to the right of the automation:
Step 2: Click the link to download a list of users with the date missing:
If you have multiple users needing updating, complete the empty cells in the download, then save as a CSV file:
Step 3: Attach the CSV file and email it to [email protected], and we can update this for you 🤩

Step 1: Head to Automations on the left:
Step 2: To the right of the automation titled: App user's service anniversary, click the three-dot icon to the right and select view/edit automation:
Step 3: Click the first drop-down menu and select the number of points you wish to award. Enter 0 if you would only like to send a notification:
Step 4: In the second drop-down, the title will be pre-populated. If you wish to edit this, click in the box to make edits as desired:
Step 5: In the second drop-down, the message will also be pre-populated. If you wish to edit this, click in the box to make edits as desired.
To add custom fields (these will personalise the notification message automatically), simply click on 'Insert custom text' in the top right of the message box and select the custom data you wish to include in your message:
You can also add bold text or emojis to your message by heading here:
Step 6: When done, click Save.
Step 7: To activate this automation, click the three-dot icon and then activate:
And that's it! The notification (and points if added) will be sent to the user each year on their service anniversary! 🎉
If you wish to turn this automation off, simply repeat step 7 and click deactivate.
