Change the recipient of the missing details email

How to change the admin user who receives the weekly birthday and service anniversary missing data email

If you have either the birthday or service anniversary automations enabled, an email is sent each week to the automation owner detailing users who are missing their DOB or start date.

Looking to update the recipients of these emails? Simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on automations on the left:

Step 2: Click the three-dot icon to the right of the active automation you want to update.

Step 3: Click on edit owner:

Step 4: Click the dropdown menu and select the user you wish to receive the email(s) going forward:

Step 5: Click Save:

The owner has now been updated and will receive the user's missing data email going forward 🀩

Just a note! If you're using the sender's name autofill field in your notification, this will change the sender's name to reflect the above changes.
