Looking to update the sender of your invites? Just follow the steps below!
❗Please note: Only admin users with 'Manage account settings' permissions are able to update the owner of this automation.
Step 1: Click on automations on the left:
Step 2: Click the three-dot icon to the right of the active automation you want to update, then click View/Edit Automation:
Step 3: Click on the drop-down menu you wish to update the sender of:
This can be edited for each email that is sent out. Any active portal users can be selected as the sender. The sender custom field uses the name selected from this drop-down, and any replies from your app-users will be sent directly to this users' email:
Step 4: Once updated, click Save:
The owner has now been updated for the message selected and will be listed as the new sender going forward 🤩
