You now have the option to activate the automatic conversion of a candidate into an app user!
When the 5th tile is marked green (a successful outcome), the candidate can be automatically converted into an app user and sent the invite sequence to download and log in to the app 🤩.
This feature is designed to save your team time and ensure new starters get access to the app from day one 💪
❗Please note: Only users with manage account permissions can activate this automation. Please speak to your manager if you need your permissions updated.
How It Works
Once a candidate is marked as stage 5 successful, the following happens automatically:
✅A new app user account is created for that candidate.
✅The user is assigned to the site of the job they originally applied for.
✅The invitation sequence is automatically sent to the new app user.
💁🏻♀️Duplicate Accounts
If the candidate already has an app account, a duplicate account will not be created.
To turn this automation on:
Step 1: Head to automations on the left:
Step 2: To the right of the 'Authorise candidates as app users' section, click the three-dot icon:
Step 3: Click Activate:
And that's it! Your candidates will now be added as an app user automatically when the 5th tile is marked green in your portal 🤩
