Great news - you can now add hyperlinks to your notifications! Whether it's a training module, an open day sign-up, or a quick survey, you can now send people straight to it via a push notification đŸ€©

❗Just to add: You'll need to be on the latest version of the app for hyperlinks to open correctly. To do this, please delete and reinstall the app. Don't worry, your points will be safe 😄

Here's how to add one to your notifications in a few easy steps:

Step 1: Head to Notifications on the left:

Step 2: Click New notification on the top right:

❗Please note! If you are unable to see the 'New Notification' button, then you will need to speak to your line manager to update your permissons.

Step 3: Head to the page you want to share (a training course, flyer, or survey, etc) and copy the full web address from your browser's address bar.

Step 4: Click Create custom notification or select a template:

Step 5: To add a hyperlink, click the 🔗 icon below the wording box, paste the link into the box and then click Link:

Step 6: When you've finished writing the wording, press Next and select the recipient(s) and when you wish this notification to be sent. Then click Finish:

When a user clicks on the notification in the app, it will open the web page on their device. And that's it - happy linking! 🎉
