By default, your app's leaderboard displays monthly rankings, but you can now change this to all-time rankings.
Follow these simple steps to change the default from the portal.
Step 1: In the bottom left corner of your screen, click Settings:
Step 2: From the settings menu, click App Settings:
Step 3: Scroll to the Leaderboard section. You'll see the question:
Which leaderboard should be shown by default? Select one of the two options
All Time – shows cumulative rankings since the leaderboard began
Monthly – shows rankings that reset each month:
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom right of the screen and click Save:
❗Please note: If the save button does not appear, you'll need to speak to your line manager to update your account permissions to include 'Manage account settings'.
That's it! Your app's leaderboard will now default to the view you selected.
This is how it displays in-app. Your app users can change which leaderboard view they wish to see by clicking the first filter (this month/all time) in the top left:
