Quick wins and top tips to boost your registered users

Written by Em Powell

Every team member who registers is another person who can refer brilliant people from their local community, and get rewarded for it!

⭐ Start here: pre-authorise new starters, then let the invite automation do the chasing

If new starters aren’t pre-authorised, the app won’t recognise their details when they try to log in, and you could lose them before they’ve even started! Make pre-authorising part of your onboarding, then activate the invite automation. Care Friends will automatically send an invite sequence of 5 messages to new app users as you add them, and to anyone who hasn’t been invited yet.

Top tip: to check you’re keeping up, go to the Manage tab in your App users area and add the Authorised date column. Click the column name twice to sort it by most recent.

⏱ Less than 1 minute to activate, then it runs by itself

📈 Watch your numbers grow

Pick one to do this week, then keep an eye on the Registered users graph on your dashboard. The graph shows results by month, so you’ll start to see the difference over the coming months. If things level off, come back here and pick your next item.
