The app is available free of charge from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Currently, the app is only available to download onto smartphones, not any types of tablet. If you search the app store on a tablet, you will not be able to find the app.
To find, download and run the app, your phone must be using a reasonably up-to-date version of the IOS or android software.
For android phones, the app can only be used with Android 6 or later, so if you can't find the app in the Google Play store, please check that your phone is using at least Android 6 (click HERE to find out how).
There are a small number of Android phones that are not able to support Android 6 and therefore can't use the app:
Samsung Galaxy NOTE, NOTE 2, NOTE 3, YOUNG, CORE PRIME, ALPHA or GALAXY S
Samsung S2, S3 or S4
Samsung J1, JI MINI or J3
In addition, Sony phones released in or before 2015 may not support Android 6 or later.
Unfortunately, if you have one of the phones listed above, we are unable to make the app available on your phone. We can suggest using a friend or family member's phone to download the app and register.
