If you want to receive an email alert every time a payment request is submitted simply follow these instructions.
Turning on or off payment request notifications, a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: From your dashboard click on your initials in the bottom left-hand corner, then select: 'My account settings':
Step 2: Scroll down the page and under the Email Notifications, header tick the box next to 'Requests a payment' and then click 'update' to turn on payment request notifications.
Untick the box next to 'Requests a payment' and then click 'update' to turn off payment request notifications.
You will now receive an email whenever an app user submits a payment request and if this payment is not marked as paid on the portal within a month, a further reminder email will be sent.
