The leaderboard is a popular way to encourage some healthy competition amongst your team.

If you would prefer your leaderboard to be anonymous so that staff can't see how many points their teammates have, check out our video or step by step guide below.

If an individual app user wants to appear as 'anonymous' in the leaderboard , click HERE to find out how they can easily do this within their app.

Making all users in the leaderboard anonymous, a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: From your dashboard click on your initials in the bottom left-hand corner

Step 2: Select 'Company details' from the menu:

Step 3: Click on 'edit':

Step 4: To make your leaderboard anonymous, click in the leaderboard box and select 'Anonymous':

Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on 'update'. A green notification will appear in the top right corner of the screen to confirm that your company details have been updated. The leaderboard field will now state anonymous.

That's it! The in-app leaderboard will now show 'Anonymous User' for all users.
