It's really easy to customise your leaderboard. This step-by-step guide will cover how you can:

Accessing the leaderboard & filters

Step 1: Click on ‘app users’ on the left-hand side, then click on ‘leaderboard’ in the top tabs:

Step 2: Click on ‘filter’ on the right to display the date, status and site menus at the top of the leaderboard.

Filter the leaderboard by date

Click on the ‘date’ button and use the drop-down calendar to select the date range required.

Did you make a mistake? Simply click on the cross button.

Filter the leaderboard by sites

If your organisation has multiple sites, you will be able to view users belonging to one or multiple sites by ticking the appropriate site.

💡Top Tip! You will only see the site data for the sites you have permission to view.

To return to viewing users across all sites, just click on the cross.

Adding/ removing columns containing additional information

You can include other information such as the number of shares, interviews, candidates, points (referral and bonus) both awarded and paid and unique views.

To add additional columns, click on the ‘three vertical columns icon’.

Scroll through the list and simply select the categories required by clicking on the tick box. To remove a category, click the tick box again to remove.

Adjusting the ordering of columns

To change the ordering of columns click on the column heading and drag it to a preferred position on the leaderboard.

Sorting the leaderboard by a specific column

To sort the data numerically, click on the column heading and click again to reverse the order.

Exporting the leaderboard

Once all the data you would like to view is displayed you may wish to export a spreadsheet of the information.

To do this, simply click on the 'export' button on the top right of the page.

A green icon will appear in the top right corner letting you know the export is processing.

When the export is complete (which may take up to 30 minutes depending on the file size), you will receive an email to the email address registered to your account with the CSV file (spreadsheet) attached.

Once received, you can then download the attachment and open it on your computer.

If you have any questions about editing the leaderboard, or anything else, please get in touch by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right of your screen.
