Boost your app registrations by encouraging your existing app users to become brilliant app ambassadors!
Your existing app users can share the app with colleagues who haven’t yet registered (and earn points for doing so, if you would like them to)

A really simple way to maximise your staff’s app engagement is to encourage existing app users to share the app with colleagues who are yet to download the app.

Users can share the app with colleagues by heading to the settings icon ⚙️ in the bottom right corner of the app and selecting ‘share the app’ from the list. They can then share the app in the same way they would share a job on social media/SMS- it’s that simple!
Note: For the colleague who received the link to log into the app they will need to have been pre-authorised to use the app (this is to prevent unauthorised access).
Awarding points for sharing the app:
Incentivise your existing app users to share the app with a colleague by awarding them some points when their colleagues register.

Promoting sharing the app with a colleague on the app home screen:
Encourage all your app users to become Champions by adding the ‘share the app’ button to your app home screen. This will ensure all app users see this great new feature as soon as they log in.
Step 1: To pin this to the app home screen, head to the portal, click on the settings tab on the left and then on app settings in the top tabs.
Step 2: ‘Promote peer-to-peer sharing’ will appear at the top of the page. Simply tick to turn this on (green) or off (white). Once done, click scroll down and click Update in the bottom right of your screen.
Step 3: Once switched on, a green success banner will briefly appear in the top right of your portal screen and the modal will now be pinned to the app home screen and users will be able to view this as soon as they log in. 🎉
And that’s it! You have now successfully switched on peer-to-peer sharing and pinned this to the app home screen.
