How to upload missing dates for automations

How to add a date of birth or service anniversary for one or more app users in order for the automations to trigger.

Want to set up automated bonus points for staff birthdays or work anniversaries, but missing data? No stress! There are two ways to update this. Select the relevant option below:

❗Please note: For the automation to work correctly, the relevant data needs to be included in your app user's records. Please update this and include any new user's start date and/or DOB.

Step 1: To find out how many users need updating on your portal, simply hover over the red information icon to the right of the automation:

Step 2: Click the link to download a list of users with the relevant data missing. A file will be downloaded to your computer:

If you have multiple users needing updating, complete the empty cells in the download, then save as a CSV file:

Step 3: Attach the CSV file and email it to [email protected], and we can update this for you 🤩

If you have single users needing updating, or wish to do this yourself:

Step 1: To find out how many users need updating on your portal, simply hover over the red information icon to the right of the automation:

Step 2: Click the link to download a list of users missing the data. A file will be downloaded to your computer.

Step 3: Head to app users on the left-hand side:

Step 4: Locate the user you wish to update, then click the three-dot icon and edit user:

Step 5: Enter the missing data as below:

Step 6: Click update:

And that's it! Your users' details will be saved, and the automation will trigger on the date/s entered 🤩
