What are invites?
Invites are a series of automated messages that encourage users to download and register for the app.
The invite sequence consists of 5 messages sent over 4 weeks, using both email and SMS. Each message highlights the benefits of Care Friends and contains a link to download the app.
Until a user has logged into the app, each message will be sent automatically to encourage them to register for the app, with no extra admin effort from you or your team! 💪

How to save time by automating the sending of invites
Want to save time and automatically send the invites each time you add a user? We have an automation that makes this possible, and it only takes 3 clicks to set up 🤩.
❗ Please note: Only portal users with 'Manage account settings' permissions are able to activate or deactivate this automation.
Step 1: Head to automations on the left:
Step 2: Click the three-dot icon to the right of the automation, then click 'Activate':
And that's it, you've now activated the invite automation 🤩. Whenever a new user is added to the portal, they will automatically be sent the invite sequence.
