Need to change a portal user's email, name, or permissions? It is super simple and this article will show you how.
Step 1: Head to the settings section and select portal users:
Step 2: Search for the portal user whose details you would like to change, click on the 3 dot menu icon next to their name and then select edit user:
Step 3: Input the updates to the user's details.
If you would like an admin user to only earn bonus points and not points for referrals then select 'No' from the eligible to earn referral points drop-down menu. If you select no they will still be able to share jobs but they will not earn any referral points for doing so.

Once you have made the required changes click 'update'.
And that's it! The portal user's details will now be updated.
