Your portal will be created with our recommended scheme rules. They are the rules that all users will agree to when they register for the app.
You have the option to customise the scheme rules to suit your organisation. Click HERE to find out how to view and edit the recommended scheme rules.
It is also possible (as an add-on feature) to upload your own set of custom scheme rules. If you would like to find out more about this please get in touch by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right of your screen.
Once it has been confirmed that this feature has been enabled within your admin portal, follow this short guide to adding your custom rules:

Step 1: Once it has been confirmed that this feature has been turned on, head to the settings area of your portal and then click on the scheme rules tab:
Step 2: You can download our recommended scheme rules and use them as a template by clicking on the link indicated below.
Once you are happy with your rules, copy and paste them into the text box.
Step 3: You can preview your rules by clicking on 'preview' in the bottom left corner of the text field.
Once complete, click on 'Save' and you will receive an 'added' confirmation icon in the top right corner of the screen:
That's it! Your customised scheme rules will now be displayed to app users in-app.
