You can quickly and easily export reports from the following areas of your portal:
Insights
Candidates: Live, Archived, and Starters
Bonus points
Payments: Requests and History
App users: Leaderboard (including all time points awarded), Manage
Step 1: In the left-hand menu, click on the area you would like to export reports from.
Step 2: If the area is split into sections, select the section in the top tabs.
Step 3: Click 'Export' in the top right corner
Here's an example from the candidate area:
💡Top Tip! The app user leaderboard and site export will be sent directly to the email address associated with the user who is currently logged into the portal. All other exports will be saved onto your computer.
In the settings section, you can download a copy of your scheme rules by heading to the scheme rules tab and scrolling to the bottom of the page. Here you will find the 'Download scheme rules' button.
