It is now possible to receive a weekly summary of initial response times to new candidates for the prior week via an automated email (see how to turn this feature on and off below).

The email will be sent at 10 am each Monday, providing there has been one or more new candidates in the prior week. The report will look like the graphic below:

Follow these 3 simple steps to turn on or off the weekly summary email:

Step 1: Click on the circle icon containing your initials in the bottom left-hand corner and select 'My Account Settings' from the menu:

Step 2: Under email notifications tick the box next to candidate response time to receive the weekly emails.

Un-tick the box next to candidate response time to turn off the weekly emails.

Step 3: Click on 'update':

A success message will briefly appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen to confirm the changes have been made:

That's it! You will now either receive or not receive the weekly summary email depending on your selection.

If you have any questions about the weekly summary or anything else, please get in touch by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right of your screen.
