When you reach a certain referral milestone you will be awarded a medal which will display on the app home screen. Each achievement category has three levels: bronze, silver and gold.
Hint: Work Friends users will only see 3 medals on the app home screen
The four categories (from left to right) are:
Shares
Expression of interest (when someone you have shared a job with completes the expression of interest form)
Starters (when someone you have recommended via the app is marked as started work by your company)
New to Care Starter - applicable to Care Friends users only (If the person you referred has started work and this is their first role in the care sector)
These are how many of each category you need to achieve to get each level of award:
