How to set up an ATS integration within your portal.

It's really easy to set up an integration within your portal. This guide will show you how in just a few clicks.

❗Please note: Only portal users with account permissions can set up and manage integration settings. Your line manager will be able to check your permissions and make any changes required to your account as necessary.

Step 1: First, head to settings, then click integrations:

Step 2: Click the connect button to begin the linking process:

Step 3: Select your ATS from the displayed options and follow the directions provided to authorise the link. Note: These will vary depending on which ATS you are using:

Step 4: When the link is complete, you will be shown a success modal like the one below. Click continue:

Step 5: Next, in order to display your jobs from your ATS, click the sync jobs button and follow the prompts:

Step 6: Once your jobs have been successfully synced, you will be asked to configure how you want your ATS stages to map to your Care Friends stages.

Using the drop-down menus, select the relevant stage/status in your ATS that you'd like to match with your Care Friends stage listed on the right. (You can select multiple stages for each of the equivalents).

Then click save and you're done!

πŸ’‘Top Tip! You can come back and edit the mappings at any time.

Step 7: Head to the jobs page to make any changes to your jobs and once done, activate the jobs so they are available to view and be shared from the app:

From now on, any new candidates who express interest in the jobs that were pulled in from your ATS will automatically be sent to your ATS and any updates made to your candidates in the ATS will be pushed back to your Care Friends portal- triggering any points/notifications to be sent automatically 🀩
