❗Please note: If the tariff values are edited in the middle of a candidate's journey, previously awarded points will remain the same and only future milestones will be awarded the updated values.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Head to Settings on the left then Tariffs at the top
Step 2: Click the three-dot menu icon to the right of the Standard Tariff, then click Edit
❓Unable to view the 3 dot icon? Only portal users with the permission 'manage account settings' will be able to view this. Please speak to your line manager if you need access to this permission.
Step 3: Enter the new values for each recruitment stage and then click save.
And that’s it! To view these changes, simply log out and back into the portal.
