We’re super excited to introduce a brand new premium paid feature that allows you to assign a different tariff for each job within your portal 🎉

For more information on pricing and how to sign up for this at your organisation, simply click the chat icon below and we will be delighted to discuss this with you in more detail.

Setting a new tariff:

Step 1: First head to Settings then Tariffs in the top navigation tabs.

Step 2: Next, click + Add Tariff.

Please note: Only admin users with account permissions will be able to view the +Add tariff button. Your line manager can update your permissions if necessary.

Step 3: Enter a title for the tariff and the points values you would like to award for this tariff.

💡Top Tip! We recommend using a distinct title that outlines the purpose of the tariff. This will help you when assigning the tariff to a role.

Step 4: Make sure you click Save at the bottom of the page!

💡Top Tip! You can edit your tariffs, or deactivate them. Deactivating a tariff means that it is no longer available to assign to a job.

Points to note:

  • Once a tariff is set up for a job, it will apply to all candidates for that role throughout their candidate journey unless they are re-assigned to a different role. The tariff will only be applied to new candidates. Candidates already on the system will remain on the tariff which was assigned to the job at the time the expression of interest was submitted.

  • If the tariff or values are edited in the middle of a candidate's journey, points awarded prior to the update will be unaffected; however, subsequent awards will be based on the updated values.

❗If you want to update the time period for your final tenure milestone, please contact us and we'll take care of it for you:

Assigning a tariff to a single job:

Step 1: Head to Jobs on the left and select the job you wish to assign to a tariff.

Step 2: Click the three-dot menu and select Assign Tariff.

Step 3: Select the desired tariff from the drop-down menu and click continue.

The new tariff will now appear to the right of each job displayed in the portal

❗Please note: Jobs will be automatically assigned to the standard tariff unless another tariff is assigned.

The tariff will only be applied to new candidates. Candidates already on the system will remain on the tariff which was assigned to the job at the time the expression of interest was submitted.

Assigning a tariff to multiple jobs:

Step 1: Check the box to the left of each job title you wish to assign to a single tariff.

Step 2: Select Assign Tariffs from the bottom toolbar

Step 3: Select the tariff from the drop-down menu and click continue

This will now automatically apply the new tariff to all jobs selected.

The tariff will only be applied to new candidates. Candidates already on the system will remain on the tariff which was assigned to the job at the time the expression of interest was submitted.

It's important you update your scheme rules to include the points settings for each of your tariffs so app users can view these in the app. This can be done by going to settings > scheme rules.

For AUS users: please contact [email protected] who will support you with updating your scheme rules.

Activating and deactivating tariffs:

If you no longer want a tariff to be available to be assigned to a job then it can be deactivated.

🔴To deactivate: Click the three-dot icon menu, then click deactivate. A red deactivated icon will appear. Any deactivated options will not appear in the drop-down menu when setting a tariff.

🟢To activate: Click the three-dot icon menu, then click activate. A green activated icon will appear. All activated options will appear in the drop-down menu when setting a tariff.

And that’s it! We hope you have found this guide useful. If you have any questions or are looking to set this up for your organisation, please feel free to get in touch using the green chat icon in the bottom right of the screen 🙂
