When a new candidate applies for a role, you will now be able to view the distance they live from the role and the time it will take them to commute:

This is calculated using the postcode of the site the job is assigned to and the postcode the candidate submits on their expression of interest form. If your organisation has only one site, the postcode displayed in your company details will be used along with the candidate's postcode.

To check and update the postcodes of your sites click HERE, and for those with only one site click HERE to update your organisation postcode.

Given what is known about historical and live traffic conditions, the duration shown is an estimate with an assumed planned arrival time of 9 am.

If a candidate ticks the "currently living abroad" box, "overseas" will appear instead of the time/distance.

If a candidate submits an invalid postcode, the time and distance will display as 0.

We hope this feature is a useful addition to your candidate area. If you have any questions, please click on the green chat icon at the bottom of the screen and we will be delighted to help you.
