It's really easy to filter your candidate area and export reports, this article will show you how:
Filtering the candidate area - a step by step guide:
Step 1: Head to the 'candidates' area of your portal
Step 2: Click on 'Filters'.
Step 3: A series of drop-down menus will appear.
Click the relevant drop down menu for the filter you want to apply - you can select as many as you need
Step 4: A list of the filters you have applied will appear below. To de-select a filter simply click on the cross next to it
Your candidate area will now be filtered by the categories you have chosen.
Export a CSV file of candidate information:
In order to export a CSV of either a filtered or non filtered candidate list, simply click on the 'Export' button:
A CSV file of the candidate information will be downloaded to your computer, open the file to view the data:
