It's really simple to edit a candidate's details:
Step 1: Head to the candidate area of your portal and search for the name of the candidate you need to edit:
Step 2: Click on the contact card icon:
Step 3: Click on the 3-dot menu icon in the top right of the card:
Please note: For Work Friends users, the 'New to Care' menu will not display on this screen.
Step 4: Click on 'Edit':
Step 5: This will bring up the edit screen and you can update the relevant details. Once completed click on 'Update' and your changes will be saved:
