If on login to the admin portal you receive the following error message, your account will need unlocking:
Accounts can only be unlocked by the primary user of the account. Unsure who the primary user is? Get in touch with us by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right of your screen.
The primary user needs to follow the below steps to unlock the account:
Step 1: Head to settings and search for the admin user whose account needs unlocking:
Step 2: Click on the 3 dot menu icon next to their name and select 'unlock user' from the menu:
A temporary green success icon will appear in the top right corner of the screen and the admin user will now be able to log into their account.
If a user has forgotten their log in details you can re-send them a log-in link by clicking on the 3 dot menu icon and selecting 'send log-on'. The user will then be sent an email that will allow them to set a new password.
