Focus your next leaderboard competition on successful interviews
Make your competition timebound, allowing enough time to process candidates + maintain staff interest
Process candidates quickly to keep your leaderboard up to date
Spread the word about your competition and share weekly updates at team meetings, training, supervisions as well as usual staff communication methods. A simple smartphone video from an influential senior manager will have the highest impact.
Increase the likelihood of staff taking part by offering multiple prizes of different values to create a feeling there is a higher chance of winning.
Create some healthy competition between teams by giving prizes based on site performance.
