Jobs

  • Troubleshooting

    • Add your own job ad image to enable your reader to differentiate between your job ad and the rest. 1200 x 628px image size will give you the best results - watch the Feature Focus video above for a resizing tutorial

  • Recruitment tips from Neil

    • Learn from your existing Care Friends candidates - where did they see your job ad? What encouraged them to click through?

Candidates

  • Quick wins

    • Use the buttons in your new candidate email notifications to instantly update the status of your new candidates

  • Troubleshooting

    • If you aren't receiving new candidate notification emails check two things:
      1. Who is set up to receive new candidate notifications
      2. Add [email protected] to your contacts list to ensure the email notifications don't get stuck in junk

    • If you are struggling to make initial contact with candidates:

      • Use text to arrange a good time for a call

      • Call instead of email

      • Contact the referrer to ask them to give the candidate a nudge

  • Recruitment tips from Neil

    • Contact candidates within 15 mins to 24 hours for best results.
Prioritise Care Friends candidates because they are 10x more likely to convert into the hiring result you need.
