You can now view the automated emails sent to your candidates.
There are two emails which are sent to candidates depending on the settings of the job applied for:
Unfortunately, your application cannot be processed - this is sent if the role has auto-rejection for overseas candidates turned on and the candidate answers no to having permission to live and work in the country (click HERE to find out more)
Candidate expresses interest - this is sent to all candidates who are not auto-rejected.
Step-by-step guide:
Click Settings at the bottom left then Templates:
Click the three-dot icon then preview:
From here, you can now review the email templates sent out to any candidates who express interest in a role, or who are automatically rejected subject to your application criteria:
