To ensure staff get their well-earned points (and to make your life easier!), follow these simple steps:
Authorise staff to use your Care Friends app (CLICK HERE for instructions)
Add any verbal referrals to your portal (CLICK HERE for instructions), then move the candidates through the referral process as usual
Award bonus points as normal (CLICK HERE for instructions)
When the colleague wishes to cash in their point create a payment request on their behalf (CLICK HERE for instructions). Their points can be managed in the usual way through payroll.
