If you have multiple job ads which are very similar, for example, one is full-time hours and the other is part-time, or a generic role which is available at each of your 'sites', it's really easy to duplicate a job ad and edit it to fit each vacancy.

Duplicating a job: a step-by-step guide

Step 1: Go to 'Jobs' in the left-hand menu of your portal and search for the job you would like to duplicate. Then click on the 3 dot menu icon next to this job and select 'Duplicate Job' from the drop-down menu:

Step 2: The duplicate job will appear in the list as '[job title] - Duplicate'. If you have a lot of jobs you can use the search box at the top of the page to find them more easily:

Step 3: Click the 3 dot menu icon on the far right of the duplicate job. Then click 'edit' in the drop-down menu:

Step 4: Follow the 4 steps to edit the job and make it fit for your other site or alternative hours. Click 'Finish' when you have made your chosen amendments to all 4 steps.

Step 5: Activate the job by clicking the 3 dot menu button next to your new job again, then clicking 'Activate':

That's it! You've duplicated a job!
