It is possible to view a breakdown of exactly how an app user has earned their points. This step-by-step guide will:

How to view an app user's points breakdown:

Step 1: To access the app user’s points breakdown, head to app users on the left menu, then manage on the top tabs and search for the app user.

Step 2: From here, click the 3-dot icon to the right and select view points from the menu.

Step 3: This breakdown will now appear on your screen.

The points breakdown explained:

1. Contact details

The contact details of the app user can be found here. If this user also has access to the management portal, their status will be listed as ‘Portal User’. App user statuses are explained in more detail HERE and you can find out how to update a user’s details by clicking HERE.

💡Top Tip! The payroll identifier field is automatically updated when the user submits their first payment request.

2. Referrals breakdown

This area contains six boxes with the following headings:

Shares: This is the total number of shares that this user has made since they registered. This number may differ from the shares listed in the activity log, if a user has made more shares than the monthly share cap they will be included here but not listed in the activity log.

Candidates: This is the number of candidates that have expressed interest via a link shared by this user. These candidates appear in your candidate area as soon they submit an expression of interest. Any points generating progressions made in the candidate area will appear in the activity log below.

Verified: This displays the number of candidates that have been marked as suitable to progress in your candidate area.

Started: Indicates the number of candidates referred by this user, that have been marked as started work.

3/6/9 or 12 months: When the ‘Is the candidate still working after X months’ tile is marked as ‘Yes’ in the candidate area, this number will increase by 1.

N2C: Stands for ‘New to care’. This number indicates how many candidates have selected Yes to the question ‘Would this be your first paid role in care?’ on the expression of interest form. This number is updated as soon as the form is submitted.

3. Activity log

A complete list of all activity by an app user regarding shares, candidates, bonus points and payment requests can be viewed here in ascending date order.

Type: Each entry is listed as either:

Referral- this includes share and candidate progression,

Bonus- Bonus points that are awarded to this user.

Request- Any entries pertaining to payments- including payment requested, authorised, paid or rejected.

Filter: This can be used to filter your search results to display an app user's activity by type, including all, referral, bonus and payment activity.

💡Top tip! N/A is displayed underneath the points column in the activity log when points have been requested or approved, as these are not point-earning or point-removal entries. Once a request is marked as paid then the points are removed from the account.

Finally, the balance is displayed in the last column, a running balance from the opening of the account to the current balance at the top of the page.

I hope this helps! If you have any questions regarding your app users' points breakdown or anything else at all, feel free to get in touch by clicking on the green chat icon in the bottom right of your screen and we will be happy to help.
