Good news: if a team member returns, you can change their status from leaver back to an active app user. They’ll be able to access their account again, and any points they earned before will still be there 🎉
Step 1: Click App users on the left-hand menu:
Step 2: Click Manage on the top tabs:
Step 3: Click the eye icon to show leavers:
Step 4: Search for the app user you want to revert:
Step 5: Click the three-dot menu next to their name:
❗Please note: Only users with the Manage app users permission can see the Revert leaver option. Please speak to your Care Friends lead to update your permissions.
Step 6: Select Revert leaver:
Step 7: Enter the app user’s email address, mobile number, or both and click Revert leaver:
And that’s it! The app user can now access their account again, and their previously earned points are still in their account.
💡Top tip! Leavers stay visible on this page until you hide them. To hide them again, click the eye icon once more.
