Top tips for email responses for candidates who are suitable to progress:
Hyperlinks: Book interviews online and upload any ID needed for the recruitment process or let you know their availability for an initial phone conversation
Add links to your website so they can find out more information about your organisation and what you're all about!
💡 Top Tip! We don't recommend asking the candidate to fill out additional application forms on your website. Additionally, this could also mean that the referrer (one of your amazing team members!) may not receive their referral points for bringing this candidate to your attention.
To advise regarding the next steps: time frames and what to expect at the interview.
Additional information regarding the company, a testimonial or even to personalise the email to allow candidates to experience a more 'friendly' and 'on-brand' approach to your organisation. This will ensure your email sticks out from other potentially generic replies the candidate may have received previously.
